Wirklich gut
Ich habe das Buch von Pete Walker innerhalb einer Woche gelesen. Es ist gut lesbar und sehr verständlich. Emotional war es für mich anstrengend und hat tiefgehende Trauerprozesse ausgelöst.
Ich habe schon vieles an Therapie gemacht, sowohl als Klient als auch als Therapeut. Trotzdem bin ich an manchen Stellen unmittelbar "eingestiegen".
Für alle, die sich ihrer Vergangenheit stellen wollen, eine mehr als lohnenden Lektüre - man sollte danach allerdings reichlich Zeit für sich selber haben! read more ...
