Sehr informativ
Nicht nur für Menschen mit diagnostizierter Schilddrüsenfehlfunktion dürfte dieses Buch eine große Hilfe sein, sondern auch für viele andere mit Symptomen wie Hirnnebel, Depressionen, unerklärlicher Gewichtszunahme u.v.a.m. - um jahrelanges "Ärztehopping" und viel Frust zu vermeiden, lieber dieses auf eigenen Erfahrungen - und schließlich Erfolgen - basierende Buch von Elle Russ lesen. Es zeigt auch, dass Schilddrüsenwerte aus dem Labor von ÄrztInnen nicht immer korrekt interpretiert werden. Der Verzicht auf Gluten und Soja sowie die Umstellung auf Paleo waren einige der Maßnahmen, die der Autorin halfen, wieder vital und lebensfroh zu werden. read more ...

Paleo für die Schilddrüse war mir neu. Habe mir aus Neugier dieses Buch gekauft und arbeite mich (bin noch nicht ganz durch) sehr interessiert von Kapitel zu Kapitel durch. Die Autorin zeigt neue Wege (für mich) im Umgang mit Schilddrüsenproblemen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. read more ...
