Gutes Buch
Da ich mich vegan ernähre, war das Kochbuch, das besonders Fleisch und Fisch als Eiweißlieferant anbietet, für mich nicht so interessant. Aber ich habe gelernt, normale Rezepte durch vegane Produkte zu verändern. Also, das Buch ist schon ausführlich,
vielfältig und gut strukturiert. Ich habe es gerne durchgelesen. read more ...
