With this DVD Barral gives a detailed introduction into efficient treatment of shoulder dysfunctions. There is special emphasis on the impingement syndrome (frozen shoulder). At first, every topic of manual tests and treatments is introduced using anatomical drawings and a detailed theoretical explanation.

Two high resolution cameras are used at once, to show the work from different angles. The selection of techniques arrives at a comprehensiveness, that enables us to work with all the main dysfunctions of the shoulder joint. The goal is to restore the mobility of the shoulder and to reduce or stop symptomatic pain. However, at the same time the New Manual Articular Approach is aiming for a treatment of the “problem” within a larger context. That is why Barral includes also the visceral and the psycho-emotional context.
