Reduced L-glutathione is the bioactive form, as produced by the body itself. Therefore L-glutathione capsules from Unimedica are easily absorbed.

Glutathione is formed in the body from the amino acids glutamate, glycine and cysteine. Protein-rich nutrition together with various vitamins and minerals stimulates the body to make glutathione.
