Der Helfer für ein systematisches und giftfreies Putzen sowie Au
In "SIMPLY CLEAN für ein gesundes Zuhause - Der Raum-für-Raum-Plan für ein natürliches Zuhause" erklärt uns die Autorin, Geschäftsfrau, Bloggerin und Mutter von drei Kindern, Becky Rapinchuk, wie man sein Zuhause ohne Gift reinigen und sauber halten kann.

Ich persönlich habe mich hauptsächlich für dieses Buch interessiert, weil es einen Ausmist- und Aufräumplan für alle Räume des Hauses gibt sowie eine Putz-Hilfe/Planung.

Zuerst analysiert die Autorin, welche Inhaltsstoffe in gängigen Putzmitteln sind, und dass die Aufdrucke "bio" oder "natürlich" nicht immer auch genau das bedeuten.
Leider ist für meinen Geschmack zu viel "drumherum" beschrieben. Es gibt auch Übersichten und Listen, aber für mich ist es zu viel Text und zu wenig 'sachliche Übersicht'.
Außerdem ist Becky Rapinchuk für meinen Geschmack etwas zu radikal und die angegebenen von ihr empfohlenen Inhaltsstoffe und Produkte beziehen sich auf den amerikanischen Markt sowie sind die weiterführenden Links alle auf englisch, was leider sehr schade ist. Hier hätte man mehr Quellen für den deutschsprachigen Markt angeben können.
Auch musste ich erstmal herausfinden, was die von Becky in ihren Rezepten so oft verwendete Castile-Seife überhaupt ist.

Im zweiten Teil wird im Detox-Wochenende beschrieben, wie man in kurzer Zeit das Gift im Haus loswird.

Und im dritten Abschnitt gibt es die ausführliche Raum-für-Raum-Entgiftung für das ganze Haus inkl. Entrümpeln und putzen. Hier wird jeder einzelne Raum im Haus detailliert aufgelistet; was zu überprüfen ist und danach eine Aufstellung, wie man am Besten entrümpeln und putzen kann. Am Ende jedes Abschnitts gibt es Rezepte für die selbstgemachten Putz- und Reinigungsmittel sowie Lufterfrischer, Textilerfrischer, Waschmittel, Seife, Desinfektionsmittel etc.
Hier finde ich das detaillierte Vorgehen sehr informativ und hilfreich, jedoch ist es teilweise etwas ungeordnet, da man Rezepte für zB selbstgemachte Seife auf unterschiedlichen Seiten findet.

Am Schluss gibt es nicht nur Quellenangaben zu Produkten und Zutaten, sondern auch den guten Tipp (natürlich mit Aufzählung), an welchen Tagen man welche Arbeiten im Haushalt vornehmen sollte. Wenn man jeden Tag ein bisschen etwas macht, ist es nicht so viel auf einmal und macht Spaß (laut Becky) - mir wird Aufräumen und Putzen leider nie Spaß machen!

Fazit:
Gute Idee des Entrümpelns, Detoxen und Entgiften des Haushalts; noch besser wäre es gewesen, wenn dieses Buch direkt für den deutschsprachigen Raum erstellt worden wäre. read more ...
