    Pure acerola powder
I've been looking for a 100% pure acerola powder for a long time, without fillers and additives - and now I've finally found it!
The powder dissolves very well in cold water and tastes really great - the typical acerola flavour!

    Super product
I've never seen such a concentrate of pure, natural, organic vitamin C in France, with 1g per teaspoon. It's the ideal dose for tackling winter, and the price is very reasonable. read more ...

    Good product and favourable price
That's how it should be, an acerola powder without additives and organic, awesome man! The solubility is not so good, but that doesn't interest me so much, I'm interested in the positive effects on my body that I feel from the high vitamin C content. I take 2 to a maximum of 5 grams a day. My younger brother also takes it, he takes about 2 to 3 grams a day. He also takes one capsule of B-complex (from Unimedica) and 10 drops of vitamin D3/K2 (from Unimedica) every day. By the way, my brother is 13 and I'm 19. I don't know anyone my age who takes as many supplements as I do, let alone someone who eats as healthily as I do.

Most of them eat junk food, whereas I almost always buy organic products and don't eat McDoof, Burger King or KFC. I do eat at Subway, but only extremely rarely.
I hardly ever eat fast food. I often eat ice cream and doughnuts, but almost never sweets. Since I changed my diet a lot last year, I just feel the need to eat healthily most of the time, it's automatic now. Sweets and junk food/fast food just don't taste as good to me as they used to and I know that they are harmful. Many people say: Oh, it's so damn hard to give up junk food/fast food and sugar!

What a load of bollocks! People like that just don't have enough discipline and they are mentally weak!!! I swear to you, it's so damn easy to give up sugar, you just have to want to and realise what health benefits it gives us. I don't give up sugar completely and I never will, but... I try to keep my sugar consumption as low as possible and when I say sugar consumption, I mean industrial sugar and not fructose. Sure, I also sometimes drink iced tea and Fanta and homemade lemonade with sugar, so what, who cares? I now eat such a healthy diet and take so many different supplements that even a high daily sugar intake wouldn't have a big/bad effect on me.

For those who are wondering what supplements I take:
    -Organic Acerola Powder (From Piura)
-Vitamin B complex capsules (From Unimedica)
    -Zinc Bisglycinate (From Unimedica)
-Plant-based testosterone booster called Aphro-D (From the USA and Canada)
    -Vitamin D3/K2 drops (From Unimedica)
    -OPC powder (From Unimedica)
    -Magesium Bisglycinate (From Zec+)
    -L-Citrulin Malate (From Sports Health)
    -Boron (From Unimedica)
-Omega 3 fish oil capsules which also contain vitamin E (From Unimedica)

There are a few more supplements that I will be buying in the next few months/years, but I don't know exactly what they will be yet.

I used to take other supplements too, but then I realised that I didn't need them and/or that some of them were a waste of money and/or didn't have the desired effect on me and/or because I simply found better ones. That's why I threw away all the other useless supplements...

I don't know of any other brand like Unimedica that produces such high-quality and affordable supplements. In my opinion and my research, Unimedica supplements are one of the best in the world in terms of both price and effectiveness/bioavailability, perhaps even the best in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: I've stopped taking Omega 3 and Aphro-D and I'm also thinking of stopping taking L-Citrulin Malate, Boron, Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin B Complex and just taking Shilajit instead. If you don't know Shilajit, google it, find out about the health benefits and buy it, it's great stuff! read more ...
