All amino acids in one go
Amino Full-Spectrum Tablets from Unimedica contain all 18 essential, semi-essential and non-essential amino acids. The amino acids are in a free form, meaning they can be directly absorbed and used by the body.

The high daily dose means the tablets are relatively large. To get the same effect in capsule form, it would be necessary to take at least 16 capsules a day. So we thought we would make it easier for our customers! The tablets can simply be cut in half. Some of our customers chew the tablets and crush them into a rough powder, making them easier to swallow.

What function do amino acids have?
Amino acids are responsible for the construction and maintenance of basic bodily functions. They control essential metabolic processes like the formation of hormones and enzymes, regulate the heart and circulatory system and are fundamental to the immune system.

The body uses proteinogenic amino acids to build proteins, which then form cells, bones and other tissues. Protein are truly the building blocks of life. Proteinogenic amino acids are also the starting point for the body’s production of neurotransmitters. Each amino acid has its own specific role in the body.

Basic supply from premium foods
Amino acids are found in varying amounts in all protein-rich foods such as meat and poultry, fish (especially salmon), milk and eggs. Plant sources are primarily pulses and nuts. Animal foods, soya products, hemp and chia seeds even contain all eight essential amino acids. So a balanced diet is important.

Why take amino acids?
The body cannot make essential amino acids itself. These include isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. These must be absorbed from food and they also serve to synthesise non-essential amino acids.

Semi-essential amino acids are only produced in small amounts in the body and are also absorbed from our food as a top-up. In times of increased need – such as stressful phases of life, competitive sport or if there is temporarily no high quality and balanced food available – Amino Tablets can prevent a lack.

Why our Amino Tablets do NOT belong in tablet boxes and why this is an advantage
In our Amino Full-Spectrum Tablets we do not use any unnecessary additives so that you can enjoy a premium product of the highest possible quality and purity. So for example we avoid using the controversial magnesium stearate for our tablets. We also consciously avoid coatings since the substances they are made of are sometimes dubious. This means we cannot offer the advantage and convenience of being easy to swallow since we are aiming for higher quality. Our customer’s health has top priority for us.

By avoiding the use of additives, our tablets may be affected by the air or moisture, which might alter their consistency. This means they may crumble or become damp. This is normal for this raw ingredient and it does not affect the quality. To avoid this, the tablets should always be kept in a waterproof container, protected from air or moist air. So our Amino Tablets are not suitable for tablet boxes because these are not airtight and watertight.

Each bottle of Amino Tablets from Unimedica contains 500 tablets. This is enough for two months.

VEGAN AND WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING ADDITIVES
Amino Tablets from Unimedica are, according to legal regulations, free of additives such as preservatives and are still free of colouring and stabilisers such as magnesium stearate; they are also GMO-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan.

MADE IN GERMANY
Amino Tablets are made in certified facilities in Germany.
