Natives Arganöl, das flüssige Gold Marokkos, wird aus den wohlschmeckenden Nüssen eines in Marokko heimischen Baumes durch kalte Pressung gewonnen. Vorher werden die Nüsse in mühsamer Handarbeit von Berberfrauen traditionell von Hand geknackt.

Das gelbliche Arganöl eignet sich sowohl für die kalte wie für die warme Küche. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Arganöl zum Verfeinern von Pasta-Saucen, Dips, Salaten, Fisch- oder Fleischgerichten. Schon einige Tropfen des Öls mit dem arteigenen, nussigen Aroma verleihen den Speisen eine besondere Note.

Tipp: Träufeln Sie erst nach dem Anrichten einen Teelöffel Arganöl über das Gericht.

Recommended consumption:

2 x täglich je 2 Teelöffel à 3 g (insgesamt 12 g Öl) decken 24 % des empfohlenen Tagebedarfs an Fett in Form von ungesättigten Fettsäuren.
