Set goes beyond pure liver and bile cleansing

For the actual, classic liver and bile cleansing according to Moritz, only the olive oil (250ml) and the Epsom salt are actually needed! The enema serves as an alternative to colon hydrotherapy for the necessary colonic irrigation. Liver and kidney tea are therapeutic supplements, as is aloe vera juice. Malic acid (powder) can be used as a substitute for the apple juice recommended in the book.

I did my first liver and gall bladder cleanse following the protocol established by Andréas Moritz and using malic acid, epsom salt and olive oil from the "Pack". It's very convenient and worked very well. There's enough left over for the next cleaning. I recommend this pack.

I bought this set for a lot of money because it advertises Andreas Moritz. Now I have expensive products at home and don't know what to do with them. I expected 100% that at least a quick guide would be included describing the procedure and application of the products. Now I have to buy his book to know how to use everything, which annoys me. I can't judge the quality of the products.

Everything is well tolerated and the teas taste good. The malic acid also went down well, just drink it in sips! The mixture with grapefruit and oil was also okay. What is really very bitter is the Epsom salt ;-( .... You have to get through it.
