    Hello everyone,
    Bentonite is supplied as a fine powder and has a neutral flavour. If you try to mix it with water for ingestion, it quickly becomes clear that the mineral, which consists mainly of clay, hardly dissolves. Even in warm water and with a whisk, most of it remains at the bottom of the glass. The producer leaves the consumer out in the cold. How do you dissolve bentonite completely in water? I have tried distilled and double-distilled water, but again, no improvement. Consuming the clay slurry with a spoon was not an option for me.
    As I own a manual capsule filling device, this was and is probably the only way to supply the mineral to the body in capsule form. It would be important for the user to supply the body with large quantities of unsaturated liquid, i.e. water that is low in minerals. How the detoxification process works if the body cannot make it water-soluble or if it is present in the stomach or intestines as undissolved sludge is beyond my knowledge. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider the capsule version. But then the product would also be more expensive. A capsule filling device + capsules does not cost much.     Hello all,
    I have NO problem with the powder dissolving. First of all, I don't think it dissolves completely or that it is necessary for it to dissolve completely. The powder is heavier than water, and so there is usually some amount left in the glass. I fill a third or half of a glass with water from the bottle. I take a teaspoon of the powder and hold it directly in the glass and tap the spoon arm lightly against the glass so that small amounts of the powder fall into the water. It is very important to have a miniature electric/battery whisk with you at the same time to mix the powder with the water as it falls. For this reason, I do not fill the jar with water, because sometimes I have to lift the whisk slightly out of the water to catch the falling powder. This only takes about 30 seconds. When all the powder is gone from the spoon, I put the spoon in as well and stir the remaining powder while filling the glass to the brim with water. I keep stirring to make sure everything is dissolved. If I leave the jar standing, YES, the powder will fall to the bottom. Just stir it around to mix it with the water again. Stir well each time you take a sip and make sure you drink plenty of water/liquid after taking the powder. One day I forgot, but I had enough time on the toilet to always remember to drink plenty after my glass of Bentonite in the future. I find that my digestive system has improved 100% since I take a teaspoon in a glass of water with my main meal every day.     read more ...
