    Hello Madeleine. I'm not a counsellor, but 2 capsules won't do any harm at all. Why don't you try the combination with ashwagandha root extract and a capsule of magnesium glycinate? Watch your diet and don't eat so late in the evening. Turn off the TV and mobile phone an hour before going to bed, preferably a good book, light music or a radio play (if possible, not a thriller). Otherwise, I recommend ordering by phone next time and asking the ladies what else they can recommend. The team is extremely friendly and gives excellent advice. Furthermore, I always recommend having a blood test done by your GP when taking supplements. Everything that is good for others does not necessarily have to be beneficial for you.
