ORGANIC Turmeric with ORGANIC Black Pepper from Unimedica combines two spices with valuable ingredients: curcumin and piperine.

Why is turmeric combined with black pepper?

Pepper – like turmeric itself – contains valuable plant substances. These include piperine, which is found in especially high concentrations in black pepper. In combination with turmeric it increases bioavailabIlity i.e. it supports the absorption and action of turmeric in the body so that curcumin also reaches the bloodstream. Otherwise turmeric can scarcely be absorbed by the body.
