    Softgel? Rather not.
    I have previously used the product of another manufacturer and therefore have a direct comparison.

    There, the softgel capsules are very soft and contain the high-quality and bioactive Q10 form. The capsules assessed here are unfortunately hard, have a very artificial colour and contain the cheaper active ingredient, which the body itself must first convert into active Q10. I find the softgel labelling misleading and inaccurate. I also find the tolerability unsatisfactory, which may be due to the high dosage.
    I will try to use it up and then go back to the previous product in order to optimally support my mitochondria again.

    Unfortunately, I realised too late that Narayana has another Q10 product on offer.
    Unfortunately I can't say anything about this, but according to the product description this could be the better product.

    The product I have reviewed is unfortunately a bad buy for me. This does not mean that it is the same for other Q10 product requirements.

GPs are overcrowded and finding a good one is like winning the lottery. What to do with cancer? There was no support from the cancer league or oncologists, who only want to prescribe chemo and data. Die, we have enough of your kind! Doctors have less and less to do with medicine and a decline in values can also be observed in this profession. Doctors are not interested in people's health because otherwise they could become unemployed... . The subject of doctors/healthcare professions should no longer be influenced by the pharmaceutical industry, but people should be allowed to vote and choose what may/should happen to them (in which direction should society/medicine go (also with which values)). This is why many affected people seek help elsewhere because they have no other choice. So it is a business with people where health is not the top priority. Doctors are not trained enough in counselling, ethics, nutrition and energy. They don't solve conflicts and push away difficulties, people have to help themselves. (Unfortunately!)- Naranja gave me many positive life impulses, which I put into practice, with success! I am still alive! Of course, I kept looking for a doctor and now I've found one, so let's see which way things go... .
    What am I taking? Vit D/KS (depot)
    Vitamin C 2 tablets, 1x selenium, 1x iodine, 1 x zinc, 2 Q 10, (sulphur powder, spirulina, carnetin powder, barley grass daily in summer, 3 to 4 times a week in winter. I listen to my intuition.
    TBC 4 capsules per day (now reduced in Jan. 24) to see what happens to the body.
    Milk thistle 4 capsules (artichoke 3 capsules) reduced in Jan 24 to see what happens - instead of the 2 algae capsules, 1 time Hylaluron, 1 time S-ACetyl).
    So I'm doing a lot better and I'm now 3 years past my due date. Sometimes I have a headache and then I skip one or the other. I then drink a lot (0.30 ml per body weight). I eat little meat (if beef/calf/deer/deer/turkey) in organic quality (try to eat meat once a week to once a fortnight). I leave out cheese, sausage, flour, sugar and eggs as much as possible. If I feel like it as a joker day. I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke. Walking for 1 to 2 hours a day is a must, as well as 1 yoga, swimming or other sport. The doctor could write a book about the products and send us questionnaires so that all the experiences could be collected and professionally analysed. (Why so many products: Cartilage damage/ soft tissue rehuma knee after sports accident/ surgery accident/ clotting problem/ st after various thromboses, after status healed leukaemia (with own transplant/no chemo 15 years ago - fibroid/ovarian problem, beginning liver cyst). I observe my body a lot, write things down and also leave things out from time to time. I have my blood checked every now and then and everything has always been fine with these products (according to the blood results).     Hair loss again
    After taking Ubiquinone 100 capsules from Pharma Nord at the beginning of September 2023, I no longer had my usual annual hair loss in autumn/winter for the first time.
