The daily dose covers the daily needs of an adult (percentage of nutrient reference values according to regulation (EU) 1169 / 2011) for chromium to the level of 250 %.

The so-called konjac root belongs to the Araceae family and comes from the tropics and sub-tropics. It is relatively rich in protein and consists above all of fibre, making it especially valuable for low-calorie and low-carbohydrate nutrition. Now popular as low-carb food, shirataki noodles, for example, are made from ground konjac root in Asia.

Konjac root also contains glucomannan, which - in sufficient amounts – helps achieve a normal cholesterol level (from 4 g per day) and supports weight reduction as part of low-calorie nutrition (from 3 g per day).

    Je prends les gélules depuis un certain temps et je dois dire qu'elles sont d’une grande aide avec un régime légèrement modifié. J'ai déjà atteint une taille en moins. Les gélules sont également très bien tolérées. Je vais rester sur ce produit sur le long terme, j'ai essayé trop de produits, ils n'ont pas fonctionné ou des effets secondaires se sont produits.
    Comme je l'ai dit, changer son alimentation au besoin et les gélules peuvent fonctionner.

    Je prends 3 fois 2 gélules de glucomannane + chrome d'Unimedica avant les repas. Cela m'aide à rester rassasié longtemps et je n'ai plus de fringales entre les repas. Le plus important pour moi, c'est que le soir, je ne mange plus de quantités énormes de chips et de barres chocolatées, car l'envie immédiate de les manger a pratiquement disparu. La perte de poids ou le maintien du poids fonctionne ici sans que l'on doive compter les calories quotidiennement.
