Einstieg zum Umstieg auf Rohkost leicht gemacht
Perfekter Begleiter wenn man auf Rohkost umsteigen oder den Rohkostanteil einfach nur erhöhen möchte. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien und Zutaten werden ausführlich erklärt und die Rezepte sind einfach ohne exotische Zutaten u mit regionalen/ saisonalen Gemüsesorten umsetzbar. Dazu auch noch sehr lecker. Ich bin erstaunt was für eine Energie ich nach dem Essen verspüre. read more ...
