All the plants and herbs used in these bitter drops from Unimedica contain bitter substances. People used to say: if it’s bitter it helps.     Des substances amères très fines pour la santé intestinale
    Les gouttes ont un goût légèrement amer, comme il se doit, et j'aime, tout comme de la chicorée, de la roquette ou du pamplemousse.
    La combinaison des ingrédients est excellente et ne laisse rien à désirer, car elle évite chez moi le ventre gonflé et, selon les aliments, agit aussi de manière préventive contre la formation de gaz dans l'intestin. Les brûlures d'estomac ou les éructations sont également atténuées.
    J'ai augmenté progressivement le dosage et j'ai rapidement ressenti une sensation d'estomac plus légère.
    Pris le matin, accompagné d'un thé chaud, mon métabolisme a été rapidement stimulé et la digestion s'est mise en route. Les substances amères aident également à la désintoxication et détendent l'estomac.

    Un amer bien conçu et très efficace
    Une recette vraiment réussie, issue du riche trésor thérapeutique de la nature ! Grâce à leurs multiples effets curatifs, les plantes amères font partie des plantes médicinales les plus importantes, dont personne ne peut se passer si l'on veut soutenir judicieusement le fonctionnement du foie et de l'estomac. Il existe de nombreux produits sur le marché, mais aucun ne m'a autant convaincu que les gouttes amères d'Unimedica.

    Cet amarum aromaticum contient tout ce dont l'homme a besoin pour sa santé et va bien au-delà d'une teinture amère traditionnelle. Il est rare de trouver un remède contre l'amertume aussi bien pensé et efficace. J'ai tout d'abord été enthousiasmé par le goût harmonieux - agréablement amer, complexe, aromatique et avec de nombreuses nuances dans lesquelles on peut encore goûter l'arôme individuel des herbes. Il est agréable de constater que l'amertume prononcée ne domine pas ici, comme c'est souvent le cas. Bien sûr, les grandes plantes amères telles que la gentiane, l'absinthe, l'artichaut et le pissenlit sont également représentées ici, mais aucune n'éclipse les saveurs plus subtiles des herbes plus douces comme la centaurée, l'achillée et l'angélique. Pour n'en citer que quelques-unes.

    Je trouve géniale l'idée d'incorporer des extraits de feuilles d'olivier (polyphénols !) et de pépins de raisin (OPC !). L'effet atteint ainsi un tout autre niveau. Le boswellia et le curcuma, des plantes anti-inflammatoires pour l'intestin, apportent également de nombreux avantages et augmentent l'efficacité.

    Le degré de dilution lors de la prise peut également être adapté individuellement - ceux qui apprécient le goût plus intense et amer peuvent laisser fondre les gouttes pures sur la langue sans que l'amertume ne soit désagréable. Plus on souhaite une prise douce, plus on peut ajouter d'eau (volontiers chaude). Dans tous les cas, l'arrière-goût est agréable et l'effet bienfaisant se fait immédiatement sentir.     Oui, mais il faut les prendre régulièrement. Sinon, elles n'aident pas. Je les prends 2 fois par jour juste après le repas (15 gouttes à chaque fois). Elles aident à lutter contre l'addiction au sucre et sont également très efficaces en cas de ballonnements et de brûlures d'estomac. read more ...
