    I was looking for a hyaluronic acid product over a year ago because I had read a lot about its positive effect on the skin.     A great product
    I took the Hyaluron capsules 2x 1 capsule (45 days) and 1x 1 capsule (90 days). I looked fresher on my face, but the biggest change was on my arms. Cortisone injections had made my skin there very thin and sensitive, tearing at the slightest pressure and my forearms were always covered in blue spots. During the course of my treatment, I realised that the skin on my forearms had become much more stable and the bruises no longer appeared.
    Unfortunately, I then took a break from taking the Hyaluron capsules for about 3 months. I then had to realise that the skin was much worse and the bruises and cracks were back.
    I have now been taking the Hyaluron capsules again for 45 days and the skin on my forearms has improved considerably, no more bruising. I take a manganese capsule once a day with the hyaluronic acid capsules.
