    Not just for sportspeople
    Arginine has major potential and is a natural substance to prevent high blood pressure, helping to keep the blood vessels elastic, which is obviously a good health investment.

    Arginine was a great help for me when recovering from a long bout of flu, so that I could get things done again.

    Arginine also helps me control hot flushes and sweating.

    So I’m a big fan of arginine, no side effects i.e. no stomach problems, nausea or skin reactions.

    Arginine is also a big help for muscles and bones, all the more important as I’m getting a bit long in the tooth!
