Der Ersatz gesättigter Fettsäuren durch einfach und/oder mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren in der Ernährung trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Cholesterinspiegels im Blut bei.     Bonne phase d'apprentissage
    Je prends de l'huile de krill depuis bientôt 6 mois. Quand j'en prends, c'est souvent 2 à 3 gélules par jour. Je suis définitivement plus résistant lorsque j'étudie et me concentre.     Produit bon pour la santé.
    Ce produit est naturellement sain car il est un important fournisseur d'acides gras Oméga 3 et peut donc avoir un effet protecteur sur le cœur. En plus d'avoir un effet hypocholestérolémiant, on dit qu'il améliore les fonctions de mémoire et de concentration ainsi que la vue et qu'il a des effets anti-inflammatoires. De plus, il a un goût neutre, pas un goût de poisson. A l’inverse de l’huile de poisson, cette huile doit être mieux assimilée par le corps.

    Gélules d'huile de krill
    J'ai commandé une boîte d'huile de krill il y a quelques semaines.
    Depuis quelque temps, nous prenons régulièrement nos gélules, ma femme et moi, comme cela nous a été suggéré.
    Indépendamment l'un de l'autre, nous avons constaté que nous nous sentions très en forme, physiquement et mentalement. Nous avons tous les deux plus de 70 ans.
