    TOP against pain would give 100 stars
    I have been plagued by pain in my sprained SI joint for a few years and nothing has helped. I then saw a programme on TV where Jean Pütz (who used to present Hobbythek) reported that he had been taking rosehip powder for years and had thus avoided his hip operation. All the doctors wanted to fit him with a new hip. Since then he has been totally pain-free and feels in the best of health. I have to say, he is right. Since I have been taking the rosehip powder in combination with MSM, my pain has been blown away. I couldn't believe it myself, but it's true. There is so much you can do for pain naturally that I am so happy about it. I also have high uric acid levels, where I have noticed that my toes hurt a little. That has also been resolved. My personal dose is always 5 grams a day in yoghurt or muesli and I drink 5 grams in water, 10 grams in total. But everyone has to find out for themselves what dose is good for them. It has its own flavour, which doesn't bother me personally, but it really helps me. Please try it, it makes you pain-free! It is supposed to draw all the inflammation out of the body!     On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered rosehip powder and together with MSM powder he got his severe knee problems under control. He was in extreme pain and the doctors urgently advised him to have an operation. He then heard about the fantastic effect on some programme and simply gave it a try. After a short time, he noticed the positive changes and started taking the mixture regularly. After 8 weeks, his pain was largely bearable and he no longer limped. About 6 months later he went to see his doctor who confirmed that his knee joint had improved, but did not attribute the success to his medication. I've been taking MSM myself for a long time, but it hasn't really got rid of my pain - it's better, but there's still room for improvement. A few days ago I finally received my rosehip powder and as I'm not a fan of yoghurt, muesli ....., I just stir it into water. The flavour is simply rosehip, at least not sweet, but for me personally it takes a bit of getting used to, but I'm not a fan of rosehip tea either. Well, it works, you can get used to it and it's not horrible in that sense, but it's not really my taste, my brother tried it and thought it was delicious.... Just a matter of taste.
