    Organic magnesium for best bioavailability
    The special thing about magnesium malate is that it stays a particularly long time in the body. That’s important for me because I’ve long been fighting daytime tiredness which I think is caused by my hypothyroidism and anaemia. So it’s very important to get enough of the key vitamins and minerals. Along with iron, magnesium is central for me. The malate form is just right for me – it’s the best form.
    It both relaxes and enlivens me whilst being gentle on my stomach.
    Exercise is a strategy I use against fatigue and there the magnesium helps me to keep going, increasing my resilience and endurance at the same time so I get tired less quickly and it also prevents leg cramps, also at night. I also get more relaxing and peaceful sleep.
    In addition magnesium ensures good blood flow!
