No shilajit
Unfortunately not a high-quality Himalayan shilajit, probably Mumiyo from the Altai. However, the equivalent from the Himalayas also costs 2.5 - 3 times as much. But there is also a clear difference ... Anyone who wants an Ayurvedic rasayana should look for a well-prepared shilajit from the Himalayas.

Important new remedy
I came across Mumijo through the work of Heinrich Sannemann. It seems to be one of the most original and powerful remedies known to mankind. I have only had a few days' experience with it myself, but it is very promising. I may well make it a permanent fixture in our medicine cabinet or even kitchen. Some say the paste is hard to get out of the jar, but it is very water soluble and a drop of cold water in the jar softens it. The Mumijo is packaged in Slovenia and makes a high-quality impression. The delivery from Narayana took place within days.

I had previously ordered from another supplier and there the consistency was more like honey and the effect was zero here I have had very good experiences the consistency is more like resin the taste is not good and the effect visibly noticeable already after three days no more gastrointestinal problems I don't think they will come back and I had permanent problems back then! In the morning a glass of warm water with half a lemon and shilajit and the day can start!

There are a lot of counterfeits of shilajit. As a layperson, you can recognise original products by the very dark / black discolouration when the product is added in small quantities. In addition, the really solid, resinous mass itself. That is the case here. Suggestion: Enclose a laboratory report. I'm happy to spend more money if I know I'm getting quality. That's why I order from narayana-verlag.

I've noticed that too, but for me it's a sign of quality. I ordered some elsewhere and paid just under €30. However, the shilajit was very liquid even when you took it out of the fridge and dissolved directly in the hot water I think that's a sign that it's not pure should get hard in the fridge and take longer to dissolve like in all the description videos that go around

It is quite normal for shilajit to harden at a cool ambient temperature. Simply place the closed container in a hot water bath and the consistency will become smooth again. Incidentally, shilajit should never be stirred into hot drinks. Too much heat causes all the nutrients to be lost. The drink should have a maximum temperature of 39 degrees. However, it is best to add it to lukewarm or cold liquids. It may then take a little longer for the shilajit to dissolve, but at least you can be sure that you will benefit from the full nutritional effect.
