with tips from our experienced expert, Christiane Maute:
The set consists of:
- Aconitum 200 C
Effects of frost, gray or silvery gray leaves following freezing. Can prevent the formation of black spot after the roses have suffered frost damage, since frost damages the plant's vascular tissue. This means the plant becomes sensitive to fungi, bacteria, and pests. Apply the remedy by watering the leaves on frost-free days straight after the frost, or if the frost continues without any frost-free intervals, apply instead to the root area.
- Belladonna 200 C
Effects of frost, but with brown-red discoloration of the leaves. Like Aconitum, it can prevent the formation of black spot or leaf rust following frost by supporting the plant's vascular tissue, which the frost has damaged. Apply the remedy early in spring by watering the leaves on frost-free days straight after the frost, or if the frost continues without any frost-free intervals, apply instead to the root area.
- Cimicifuga 30 C
Aphids on roses. Apply by directly watering the affected buds and leaves as well as the ground nearby. One application is normally sufficient.
- Rhus toxicodendron 30 C
Black spot damage to leaves. If black spot or leaf rust disease is found on a rose, apply to the leaves and the root area. One repetition three days to a week after the first application is recommended. Make sure to also remove the diseased leaves from the ground.
- Silicea 200 C
General strengthening and revitalizing remedy for all plants, also highly recommended for roses before flowering early in spring. Apply every 2 - 3 weeks by watering the leaves and the root area, to give your plants a boost. Three applications are normally sufficient.
A 1.3 g glass vial contains approximately 120-130 pellets.
