    I have been taking high doses of vitamin D3 for 5 years because I was diagnosed with a deficiency. I have now found the vitamin D3 depot tablets from Unimedica. They cost less than half the price of other preparations and are not available on prescription. However, I would like them as soft capsules in an oily solution, but the active ingredient is the same.
    Furthermore, I do not believe in the uncontrolled intake of high-dose medicines and refer to the book by Raimund von Helden: Gesund in sieben Tagen. It is available here from Narayana Verlag. It describes exactly how an initial and maintenance therapy should be carried out. This can be calculated very easily using various formulae if you know your current value.
