    EAA are elementary for health
    It's not just for athletes, but EAA definitely gives the right kick for training and pushes the muscles, not immediately of course, but in the long term!
    It also relieves joint pain and, in the case of injuries, the wound heals much faster.
    The flavour of the powder is soft berry, also a little bitter, which I personally don't mind, but no white sugar!
    I have stirred the powder into natural fruit juice, unsweetened tea or natural yoghurt and it all works without any problems.
    The EAA are essential for the whole body and you soon realise that it is good for hair growth, skin and nails. A great side effect is that it creates a long-term feeling of satiety, so I can easily do without snacks between meals.     read more ...

    EAA: Good mixed into a juice drink
    I take 2 spoons in 400 ml of water, add some apple sauce or orange and mix well. This peps up the flavour. We all need amino acids and normal food is not always sufficient. The pack will last me a while.

    About the flavour: there were complaints. Dear people, amino acid powder always tastes funny, that's in the nature of things. Be inventive and add your favourite flavour. I've never found anything in EAA that really tastes good, from any company. Except for goat's milk whey, which is supposed to contain a lot of amino acids and tasted delicious. But then goat's whey is a natural product.

    If you want to build up your amino acids, you shouldn't focus so much on the flavour and simply drink something tasty afterwards or mix it into a juice. This powder can also be stirred into smoothies or a pudding or simply as a drink before going to the gym. I also like to drink it straight, there are better things, but I don't mind the flavour, that's okay. But I always change the way I use it, then I get on well with it.

    Incidentally, you can also have the amino acids tested in your blood and then take the ones that are missing the most, some professional athletes do this.

    Miracle nutrients
    I've ordered other amino acids here and there but I've never been really satisfied. With this product, I have to admit that I am more than satisfied. I definitely feel better and my body has changed for the better. I do sport regularly but my muscle development used to be very slow but now I realise that something has changed and the EAAs are well absorbed by my body.

    I've finally found a shaker that works really well and doesn't turn my kitchen into a battlefield when I shake it 🙈 - the cap on this shaker keeps it tight even when shaken 😀

    The bottom section has space for powder or my iron tablets, which I sometimes take with me.
