    Health with every drop
    I have been using Unimedica's vitamin D3 / K2 oil for years to keep my 25 OH blood serum level well above 40ng/ml. This keeps me cognitively (I completed my degree in nutritional medicine at 59) and muscularly (3-time world champion in powerlifting) efficient and also keeps my health resistant to the current corona virus. Such adequate vitamin D levels can only be achieved if the personal magnesium level is optimised (_0.9mmol/L). This value is achieved when the diet is adapted, or e.g. with a magnesium oxide. Magnesium is the "transporter" of vitamin D3. No "transporter" - no increased vitamin D level measurable in the blood.
    Today I give lectures at colleges and universities on the use and positive effects of vitamin D3/K2 oils.

    Our family has been taking vitamin D3/K2 MK7 All-trans for several weeks now. The adults take 5 drops a day and the children 1 drop. Our general health is very good and we are coping quite well with the corona madness.     The best solution for cramps and cycle problems
    I take the magnesium capsules mainly to get through my period well. I often used to have severe cramps before and at the start of my period, which has improved considerably since I started taking the capsules regularly. I am particularly impressed by the good effect on acute pain. I usually feel an improvement and relaxation of the cramps within 20-30 minutes of taking the capsules. I used to have to take ibuprofen or similar painkillers to achieve the same effect.
