Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), the “sun vitamin” D, which our body produces itself with sufficient sunlight, contributes to the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to normal calcium levels in the blood, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal teeth and also ensures the normal function of the immune system.

    Bon mémange avec un dosage élevé
    En hiver en particulier, nous, les habitants de l'hémisphère nord, n'avons pas assez de soleil pour pouvoir produire de la vitamine D. Et même en été, il n'y a pas assez de rayonnement solaire dans le nord de l'Allemagne pour deux raisons:
    1. Il faudrait s' allonger complètement nu au soleil pendant 20 minutes chaque jour (qui peut le faire).
    2. Même en été, il y a beaucoup trop peu de soleil ici dans le nord, il n'est donc pas surprenant que beaucoup de gens aiment passer leurs vacances dans le sud.

    Il est donc bon qu'Unimedica propose ce produit à un dosage élevé afin de pouvoir rapidement compenser les carences. La combinaison avec la vitamine K2 est également parfaite, car un apport à long terme en vitamine D sans supplémentation en vitamine K peut entraîner des problèmes de santé.

    En ce qui concerne la posologie, je suis les conseils du Prof. Dr. Jörg Spitz, qui recommande 1 000 unités internationales par 25 kg de poids corporel. Pour moi, cela représenterait 3000 unités par jour, soit un comprimé tous les sept jours.

    Pour faire le plein ou parce que je prends de la D3/K2 de manière irrégulière, j'ai pris entre 10.000 et 100.000 UI par semaine l'hiver dernier. J'avais alors un bon taux de D3 de 74 ng/mol. Les laboratoires disent que 20/30 est la limite inférieure, ce qui est beaucoup trop bas. Selon des études, à partir d'un taux de 100/120 ng/mol, le corps commence à s'attaquer aux foyers de maladie existants. Ce n'est que si l'on prenait 100.000 UI par jour pendant un an ou plus que l'on pourrait éventuellement rencontrer des problèmes. Je n'en ai pas eu jusqu'à présent.     Comme que je prends depuis des années de la vitamine D3 et K2 sous forme d'huile pour prévenir l'ostéoporose, et que l'huile était peu pratique pour moi en voyage, surtout en été, je suis très contente des comprimés.
