    For me, this is the most important supplement and an elegant solution in the form of depot drops. Both vitamins complement each other perfectly for the utilisation of calcium.
    Perfect, especially on holiday and when travelling.
    I have found that it is impossible for me to cover my requirements with food. I also can't tolerate too much sun and certainly not the heat in summer. I had a deficiency for a while where I suffered from severe spinning vertigo. The doctors then pointed to vitamin D and fortunately it went away with the supplementation. Amazingly, so did my ringing in my ears.
    I also take vitamin D3/K2 to prevent osteoporosis and bone loss, to maintain healthy teeth and a strong immune system, as I am still going through the menopause.
    The vitamins are effective against tiredness, it awakens my spirits, so to speak, my sleep is of better quality, I no longer suffer from restless legs and can sleep through the night.     read more ...
