The birth of a child in 1995 in one of our families brought us to consider the idea of placenta as a homeopathic remedy. We also got curious about the fact that placenta is used in Chinese medicine as a medicine, in the treatment of asthma. The drug was manufactured by ourselves according to the instructions in § 270 of the Organon of Medicine to the C three potency. The proving substance was potentised by us in Q-potencies Q 1 - Q 12. A total of 18 provers were involved in the project. Helios Pharmacy has this remedy with the name "Placenta (Eberle / Ritzer)" and it is available there to XM.

Woman 32 years old: paresthesia, fatigue, caring, looking after others
SUMMARY
Patient with paresthesias. Loss of a twin in late pregnancy. 11 years of intensive care tasks in her family of origin. Disease of her daughter with severe aggressive behaviour, sleep disorders and anxiety symptoms. The patient is a friendly, uncomplaining , naturally mild, helpful young woman.
DIAGNOSIS
The patient suffers from tingling in the forearms and lower limbs as if ants were crawling on them. Tired eyes.
BACKGROUND
At age 21, she had her first pregnancy with twins. One twin died in the seventh month of her pregnancy.
After birth, the patient had to work immediately as a chambermaid, and in the evenings as waitress. At 25, the patient had another child and has continued to work hard.
Her brother had a serious accident two years later with severe internal organ injuries: "His internal organs have literally exploded from the fall."
One year later, at 28, she has built a house with her husband and also helped her father build a barn on the farm.
A year later, her father had a heart attack. The next day her mother fell from a tree and she took charge of her parents' farm in addition to her own professional activities and her family obligations; moreover she had to look after her granny, who needed care.
Finally, her daughter got Hashimoto's thyroiditis which was overdosed, and so her daughter exhibited disturbed behaviour for months, with aggressive outbursts, beating, insomnia and anxiety.
Then, the patient became ill herself: twice in a row, she suffered of attacks of deafness and then impaired vision: she saw air bubbles falling down. Following these illnesses, the patient developed the paraesthesia described above.
In telling all this, the patient was lovable, friendly and mild.
ANALYSIS
As though it was only natural, without moaning and groaning, the patient told about the last 11 years of hard work for a living and the sorrows about her brother, father, mother, and grandmother, as well as her frightfully sick daughter and the loss of a twin in late pregnancy. The patient is not care-worn.
Her caring, helping nature and her desire to do this in a professional form as well, namely to become a geriatric nurse, and her tendency to physical exhaustion symptoms (hearing loss, visual impairment) brought us to the prescription of Placenta .
Original proving symptom
“Functionalised relationship and caring for family with subsequent exhaustion: trying to organize professional work, family, wife in childbed and children as rationally as possible in order to fulfill all his tasks - ending in exhaustion.”
DREAM AFTER TREATMENT
She heads the laundry in a nursing home. She gets promoted and has a raise.
In fact, the patient would like to take exams in nursing, "to ascend".
Even in her dreams we see once again the subject of worry and care.
RESULTS
The paresthesias she had for one year healed completely within six weeks and are now relieved for one year.
Man 45 years old: Crohn's disease, detachment from the mother
The patient suffers from Crohn's disease since 2 years. The inflammation covers large areas of the entire intestine. The patient suffers mainly from frequent stools in the morning after getting up, and after lunch. He describes the stool itself as mushy, like "pudding", and bloody. Furthermore, a permanent, latent abdominal pain torments him, with an urge to defecate.
The disease began immediately after the death of his mother, who died of colon cancer. She has built up a hotel business, which he ran with her. "My mother did not budge an inch from her views. She equated doing nothing with laziness; working with her in the hotel was always very hard for me.”
On the other hand, he still experiences a great grief around his mother’s death. "I did not mentally let go of my mother. I want to give to my mother a "mental space" at the hotel. I miss her presence and I have a certain longing for her."
The patient feels that his concentration is disturbed, as though he is intoxicated with alcohol.
"My mental effectiveness is missing, I feel dizzy and I don’t get up to speed before noon.”
Other symptoms: pain on both shoulders in deltoid, < at night, > heat. Smell of sweat under the left axilla. Enlarged tongue with teeth marks.
Desire : sweet (cravings) chocolate, cakes in any shape, preferably cookies, whisky cola
Aversion to raw onions: they cause burping
ANALYSIS
The patient is closely attached to his mother even after her death, trying to think how she would have decided or acted.
Original proving symptom for this is:
“In contrast to his earlier thinking, he finds the way of living and of working of his parents no longer worth imitating." (P384 above)
In the proving, 11 symptoms can be found about autonomy, independence and one’s own way. In a kind of idealistic glorification of another person or of circumstances, they overlook their own way and their autonomy.
But the patient has an ambivalent feeling about his mother; he experienced the relationship as very stressful, and some of the dictatorial nature of the mother can be heard in his words.
Original proving symptom: "35 years old prover develops an extreme anger against the interference of his mother" (Symptom P 383).
We have also found that Placenta may be a good remedy for death of relatives.
Original proving symptom:
"She feels a relief regarding the grief over the death of her husband a year ago, even a feeling of lightness and joy."
Typical colitis or Crohn's disease symptoms appeared in the proving.
Original proving symptoms:
Yellow diarrhea, watery, slimy – urgent need to defecate – cramping pains in anus at the end of diarrhea - burning and stinging at the anus after defecation, etc.
RESULT
The patient was treated in ascending LM potencies for several months.
The disease healed completely and without any relapse, and the patient continues to be symptom-free for many years now. The patient also feels an inner transformation: “Prior to the treatment, I always thought: “What would my mother choose?” Now, I'm more in my own life. Here, you can see the symptom observed in the proving and in the clinic: patients responding well to Placenta can start their own path through separation from the mother or other people.
Desire and cravings for sweets like chocolate and cakes are also gone.
