Die sieben bis zehn Tage alten Weizenkeime sind voll im Trend mit Rohkost oder veganer Ernährung. Enthält extrem viel Chlorophyll, dem eine anregende Wirkung auf den Zellstoffwechsel und Sauerstofftransport zugeschrieben wird. Das enthaltene Eiweiß ist sehr hochwertig.

Hinweis: Vor der Aussaat die Samen mit klarem Wasser gründlich spülen. Bildung von Faserwurzeln möglich. Nicht für Keimglas geeignet.

Nach 10 Tagen sind die Gräser ungefähr 15 cm lang. 1 Esslöffel Körner wiegt ca. 20 g und ergibt ebenso viel geschnittenes Gras fur etwa 1 EL puren Saft.
