Arche Apfelpektin geliert besonders schnell und elastisch. Es ist reich an Ballaststoffen und arm an Kalorien. Die Zubereitung von zuckerfreien oder zuckerarmen Aufstrichen ist mit Arche Apfelpektin möglich. Hergestellt wird das Apfelpektin aus Trester der Apfelgewinnung. Das sogenannte nicht Amidierte Pektin ( E440i) ist für die Herstellung von Bio-Fruchtaufstrichen nach EU-BIO-VO zugelassen. In Bio-Qualität gibt es noch kein Pektin, da Rohstoffe nicht in ausreichender Menge und Qualität verfügbar sind.

Recommended consumption:

For fruit spreads, mix the contents with up to 700 g of sweetener. Add the juice of half a lemon to the 1.3 kg of crushed fruit. Bring it all to the boil and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. For a jelly we recommend 0.75 - 1 L fruit juice with 500 g sugar and the juice of half a lemon.

Application:

Für Fruchtaufstriche Beutelinhalt mit bis zu 700 g Süßmittel mischen. Den Saft einer halben Zitrone zu 1,3 kg zerkleinerten Früchten geben. Alles zum Kochen bringen und 3-5 min. unter ständigem Rühren köcheln lassen. Für Gelee empfehlen wir 0,75 - 1 L Obstsaft mit 500 g Zucker und dem Saft einer halben Zitrone.

Confitures
J’étais un adepte de la pectine Marmelo, introuvable maintenant. D’où la recherche d’un autre produit et la découverte de l’Arche dont je n’ai qu’à me féliciter aujourd’hui.
Méthode éprouvée: je fais cuire la confiture 15 à 20mn après ébullition avec la quantité de sucre appropriée. Les 5 dernières minutes j’ajoute ma préparation de pectine + 20 g de sucre en remuant sans arrêt et en remettant un bouillon.
C’est simple à utiliser et surtout indispensable si 1) vous voulez garder le GOÛT du fruit en ne le cuisant pas trop longtemps.
2) vous voulez une confiture « PLUS NATURE » en limitant l’ajout de sucre à 30%.
Recommandations: Empotage très chaud en pots twist off retournés jusqu’à refroidissement.
Que dire de plus, ce produit est merveilleux pour donner de la consistance à votre confiture.
