    La bentonite est livrée sous forme de poudre fine et n'a pas de goût. Si l'on essaie de la mélanger à de l'eau pour l'ingérer, on s'aperçoit rapidement que ce minéral, composé en grande partie d'argile, se dissout à peine. Même dans de l'eau chaude et avec un fouet, la plus grande partie reste au fond du verre. Le producteur laisse donc le consommateur sur sa faim. Comment dissoudre complètement la bentonite dans l'eau ? J'ai essayé avec de l'eau distillée et de l'eau doublement distillée, mais là encore, aucune amélioration. Consommer la boue argileuse avec une cuillère n'était pas une alternative pour moi.
    Comme je possède un gélulier manuel, c'était et c'est toujours la seule possibilité de fournir le minéral au corps sous forme de gélules. Il serait important pour l'utilisateur de fournir au corps de grandes quantités de liquide non saturé, c'est-à-dire de l'eau pauvre en minéraux. Je ne sais pas comment se déroule le processus de désintoxication si le corps ne peut pas le rendre soluble dans l'eau ou s'il se trouve dans l'estomac ou l'intestin sous forme de boue non dissoute. Le fabricant devrait peut-être envisager la variante en capsules. Mais le produit serait alors plus cher. Un gélulier + des capsules ne coûte pas cher.     Bonjour à tous,
    Je n'ai AUCUN problème avec la dissolution de la poudre. Tout d'abord, je ne pense pas qu'elle se dissolve complètement ou qu'il soit nécessaire qu'elle se dissolve complètement. La poudre est plus lourde que l'eau, il en reste donc généralement un peu dans le verre. Je remplis un tiers ou la moitié d'un verre avec de l'eau provenant de la bouteille. Je prends une cuillère à café de poudre, je la tiens directement dans le verre et je tapote légèrement le bras de la cuillère contre le verre pour que de petites quantités de poudre tombent dans l'eau. Il est très important de disposer en même temps d'un fouet électrique miniature pour mélanger la poudre à l'eau au fur et à mesure qu'elle tombe. Pour cette raison, je ne remplis pas le bocal d'eau, car je dois parfois soulever légèrement le fouet hors de l'eau pour attraper la poudre qui tombe. Cette opération ne prend que 30 secondes environ. Lorsque toute la poudre a disparu de la cuillère, j'y mets également la cuillère et je remue la poudre restante tout en remplissant le verre d'eau à ras bord. Je continue à remuer pour m'assurer que tout est dissous. Si je laisse le pot debout, OUI, la poudre tombera au fond. Il suffit de la remuer pour la mélanger à nouveau à l'eau. Remuez bien chaque fois que vous prenez une gorgée et veillez à boire beaucoup d'eau/de liquide après avoir pris la poudre. Un jour, j'ai oublié, mais j'ai passé suffisamment de temps aux toilettes pour me rappeler de boire abondamment après mon verre de bentonite à l'avenir. Je trouve que mon système digestif s'est amélioré de 100% depuis que je prends une cuillère à café dans un verre d'eau avec mon repas principal chaque jour.     read more ...
