Balanced and aromatic - for our classic gourmet coffee we use only organic Arabica beans from the Peruvian and Mexican highlands. At altitudes of over 1,000 metres, naturally protected under shade trees, the plants ripen slowly and thus develop their unique flavour. Lebensbaum coffee is traditionally cultivated under shade trees. This protects the soil and the diverse ecosystems in the growing regions. On site we select the finest qualities and satisfy ourselves of the excellent work of our suppliers.
