ORGANIC Ghee from Allgäu is a speciality from the heart of Germany. It is made with clarified butter from the hay milk of Allgäu cows in premium organic quality. Ghee has a nutty and fine buttery taste with a light caramel flavour and can be used as an alternative to butter.

It can be heated to 210 °C, a high smoke point which means it can be used to make hot dishes. Since it contains no water, the fat does not spit when heated. Up to the smoke point, no trans-fats or other damaging substances are formed.

Ghee is made according to a traditional Ayurvedic recipe. The special melting and cooking process removes the water and milk protein from the butter, so the ghee is lactose-free and suitable for people with allergies. It can also be kept without cooling for several months.

    Eine Bereicherung für jeden Gourmet und vieles mehr!
    Ich kannte Ghee in dieser Qualität vorher nicht. Dieses hat eine feine und weiche Konsistenz mit einer wunderbar tiefen gelblichen Farbe und der Geschmack ist schlicht himmlisch!
    Es hat mich sofort an etwas Caramelisierten und auch an " Nidletäfeli" erinnert, die es in der Schweiz gibt. Auf hochdeutsch würde man wahrscheinlich Sahnebonbons sagen..
    Pur auf dem Toast kommt das Aroma besonders zur Geltung, oder über's Gemüse, Kartoffeln, Reis, Getreide und Hülsenfrüchte zergehen lassen. Gibt Saucen einen leckeren und samtigen Buttergeschmack, dieses Feinsüssliche bis Nussige ist köstlich. Ich kann das Ghee auch im Kaffee empfehlen, sehr delikat ohne Milchzucker!
    Wichtig zu wissen, das Ghee kein Milcheiweiss und kein Milchzucker enthält, dafür entzündungshemmende Fettsäuren, weil es ein Butterderivat ist.
    Ghee empfiehlt sich obendrein ausgezeichnet als sanften Augen-make-up Entferner und als pflegende Komponente auf rauhen und trockenen Hautstellen.
    Es enthält zudem Omega 3 Fettsäuren, ist also eine herrliche Quelle wichtiger Fettsäuren, Cholin, Vitamine und Mineralien, regt die Verdauung an und schmiert sogar die Gelenke bei einer hohen Bio-Verfügbarkeit. Natürlich sollte man Fette und Öle gezielt einnehmen, da es eine hohe Kaloriendichte besitzt. Also hat man wirklich lange an einem Allgäuer Bio Ghee und der Preis ist für dieses Qualitätsniveau top. Ghee hält problemlos 1 Jahr!

    Ich koche mit Leidenschaft gerne und habe bereits mehrere Ghee’s verschiedener Hersteller ausprobiert. Allesamt Bio Produkte. Das Unimedica Bio Ghee erhält in meiner Küche den 1. Platz. Das Produkt hat mich wegen des nussigen und buttrigen Geschmacks und seines hohen Rauchpunktes überzeugt. Lecker egal ob zu Gemüse, Fleisch oder Fisch auch ein echter Grillkracher ist Maiskolben mit gesalzenem, flüssigen Ghee. Und ganz up to date habe ich Bulletproof coffee mit dem leckeren Ghee probiert und bin mega begeistert.     Das leckerste Ghee überhaupt
    Ich bin einfach begeistert von dem tollen Geschmack und wie gut es sich zum braten, kochen und verfeinern, verwenden lässt - das Ghee von Unimedica wird einen Stammplatz in meinem Schrank bekommen!

    Ich war vor längerer Zeit bei Bekannten zum Essen eingeladen, die mit Ghee kochen, da war ich nicht sonderlich vom Geschmack begeistert, als ich nun ein Glas Ghee der Marke Unimedica geschenkt bekam, dachte ich: nun musst es doch nochmal probiern ... zuerst skeptisch, aber, da ich wusste, dass meine Bekannten eine andere Marke verwenden, habe ich es gewagt und ich muss sagen, zum Glück, sonst wäre mit etwas sehr leckeres entgangen - ich bin voll begeistert und zu 100 % von dem Produkt überzeugt, mega lecker, dankeschön Unimedica, für das tolle Produkt!

    Ich hatte am Wochenende Besuch von Freunden und beim kochen die Bratkartoffeln in diesem Ghee gebraten sowie das Gemüse damit verfeinert, es waren alle begeistert, wie lecker es schmeckt, zuvor kannte keiner meiner Besucher Ghee.     Urlaub für die Sinne
    Das Glas öffnen und sofort strömt der Duft von frischem Heu und unzähligen Blumen einer Spätsommer -wiese entgegen . Bereits dieses Aroma ist ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, welches dann nur noch durch den Geschmack übertroffen wird.     Ich bin begeistert von diesem Ghee. Ich hab schon mehrere Ghees ausprobiert und auch selbst hergestellt und dieses ist mindestens genauso gut, wie selbst gemachtes Ghee und man spart sich die ganze Arbeit.
    Es schmeckt super, riecht total gut und lässt sich sehr gut verarbeiten.
    Ich nutze es zum Kochen, morgens für mein Porige, um die Äpfel darin zu dünsten und zum Braten.

    Von unterschiedlichen Herstellern habe ich Ghee bereits ausprobiert und hier nun meinen neuen Liebling gefunden! Mich überzeugt v. a. der Geschmack, der einfach besonders ist.
