Resveratrol is found in the skins of red grapes and therefore also in red wine. It is said that wine, with its mysterious ingredients, keeps the French alive for a long time. What is resveratrol?
Resveratrol is a secondary plant substance from the group of polyphenols. It is part of the plant's immune system and protects plants from environmental influences, pests and infections.
