    I buy a lot of products from Narayana and so far I have been more or less satisfied. I am healthy and I want to stay healthy, so I support my body with vitamins, minerals etc... but Darmflorin is unbearable!

    I had used several tins of the previous version with 18 bacterial strains myself. I was really happy with them. But then they were changed. With the change to 17 bacterial strains, my daughter and I have severe cramps after taking them.     Unfortunately it doesn't work for me (I may have stored it incorrectly)
    I suffer from constipation due to medication, despite eating oats + flea seed husks + healing clay in the morning.
    As probiotics I normally use a much more expensive product from the pharmacy with a guarantee that the bacteria are still alive when you take them out of the packaging.
    I also regularly drink kombucha and water kefir (but never a lot because I don't like the taste at all)

    The capsules from the pharmacy are so effective that I have to go to the toilet twice in the morning and no longer have flatulence or heartburn, and if I eat a lot, I often have to go to the toilet three times with the pharmacy capsules.

    Because my pharmacy probiotics pack ran out, I thought I would try the cheap product from here and took it twice a day as recommended, but unfortunately without any effect.
    In my opinion, the bacteria in it are already dead because they are not specially packaged.

    Or is it my fault? because I put the tin in the fridge to keep it cool and to protect the cultures due to the lack of individual packaging. But maybe that ruins them even more?
    Well, because of the price, it's not bad that they don't work for me and I at least gave them a try.
    Otherwise, I am satisfied with all the products from here and think they offer good value for money.

    I've now ordered my bacteria from the pharmacy again, they have fewer bacterial strains than these, but they seem to be enough for my gut, as the effect is always strong for me.

    I can only recommend probiotics to everyone, no matter how much Kombucha or fermented vegetables you eat/drink in addition, probiotics help against my chronic constipation caused by medication, my heartburn, have slightly improved my skin and most importantly, I am completely deflated every morning and have a flatter stomach as a side effect.

    My elderly aunt even had diarrhoea for several weeks without knowing where it was coming from and after I recommended that she take a course of probiotics, she got some from the pharmacy and her diarrhoea actually disappeared completely.

    With the product from here, you just have to test for yourself whether it works (and maybe you really shouldn't put it in the fridge?).
    If it doesn't work, just buy probiotics that guarantee that they can be utilised in the intestine or that the bacteria are alive, which I have only found with pharmacy bacteria so far.

    Anyone with gum or dental problems would also be well advised to try probiotic bacteria products specifically for oral hygiene.

    Ever since I started looking into bacteria, I've been amazed at how many positive effects you can have by using probiotics.
    Due to chronic illness, I will never stop using bacteria for myself again, on the one hand in a favourable way by fermenting vegetables and making kombucha, water kefir etc. and on the other hand by using the unfortunately more expensive probiotics.

    I cannot recommend this if you also take vitamin D3 and consume dairy products. This is because calcium absorption is increased with D3. You should therefore not add more calcium, as this often has a negative effect on magnesium levels. Mine was very low and the intestinal florin didn't do me any good. I now have to take huge amounts of magnesium to make up for it!

    I have been taking the capsules for about 4 weeks! I started with one in the morning before breakfast and then increased to 2! Unfortunately, I kept getting severe stomach pains if I didn't eat something immediately (30 minutes)! The stomach pains lasted for hours, even after breakfast! I always eat porridge with fruit and seeds, which I usually tolerate really well! If I only take 1 capsule, I tolerate it better, but I always have to eat something quickly, otherwise the burning starts again! My digestion is otherwise better, but I've suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for years, alternating between constipation and diarrhoea, which still happens despite taking the capsules! I'm not sure if and how I should continue taking them! Bought the double pack and am stuck with the rest!
