MOUNTAINDROP Original Shilajit Himalaya wird in den Bergen des Himalaya in einer Höhe von über 5.000 m geerntet. Es hat eine tiefschwarze Farbe, seine Textur ist weniger klebrig als die der Altai-Variante, auch hat es einen milderen Geschmack und Geruch. Das Shilajit wird in einem violetten Glasbehälter mit biophotonischen Eigenschaften geliefert, der das Harz in seiner ursprünglichen, reinen Form bewahrt!

Im Bereich der Kosmetik wird Shilajit zur Herstellung von Peelings, Wraps und Salben verwendet. Shilajit ist für alle Hauttypen geeignet.

Recommended consumption:

Take one scoop (0.2g) and dissolve completely in water or warm tea, juice, milk or your own power shake. The temperature should not exceed 39 degrees Celcius. You can also take it directly by mouth.

The recommended daily dose (0.2 g to 0.6 g) should not be exceeded. 

After three weeks of use, a one-week break is recommended.


CONTRAINDICATIONS OF MOUNTAINDROP

As Mumijo affects the sugar metabolism, diabetics must check their blood sugar levels regularly.

Mumijo (or shilajit) contains phenylalanine and is unsuitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).

Not suitable for pregnant women.
